This selection of poems I titled, WEEPING HAND, is a manuscript of experimental poetry, and as is the traditions of Avant-Garde stylization, it strays from both the familiarities and popularity of the narrative form. To be able to realize my expression, each poem was created from and as part of paintings I made and as it turns out, every poem is able to stand alone without the accompaniment of a painting.

Each poem was created under the duress of my final semester here at Binghamton and the anxiety in the uncertainty of the future. I harnessed these feelings of angst and translated them into this short book of poetry, that became therapeutic in its creation. As the title of the book suggests, my WEEPING HAND is a testament to me navigating my way through a tunnel of anxieties and fears; with the use of poetry, by following my hands lead and coming out almost clean on the other side.
