Abstract:
We prove an effective equidistribution for diagonal translates of certain orbits in ASL(3,Z)\ASL(3,R) by using Fourier analysis and Weil's bound on Kloosterman sums, which extends the work of Strombergsson, where he proves a similar result on ASL(2,Z)\ASL(2,R).
