People are the greatest factor in great business and conversely, conflict, mindlessness, and a focus solely on profitability have been its limited agent. Ayurveda as a corporate curriculum has the potential to help with conflict resolution, increased mindfulness, and increased profit because of its use. The purpose of this study was to create an application of the principles of the ancient Indian practice of Ayurveda by creating a methodology with which to teach the theory in a corporate business environment. A combination of applied and theory-based research was conducted using indirect contributors to the emerging field of mindfulness-based practices in the business setting. The findings of this study show that an organization can utilize the Ayurveda typologies in order to: (a) increase mindfulness, (b) create the environment for self-organized conflict resolution, and (c) increase company profit while contributing an infusion of traditional Eastern practices. The theory and approach to implementation of the Ayurveda corporate curriculum suggests that participants take a quiz to assess their typology or "dosha" and then learn the traits associated with that type. Further education then commences to teach the participant about who they are, what their strengths are, and who they should seek to create a robust group of working relationships, which also then positively contribute to the organization.
