Özet:
Understandings of psychological contract breach have been linked with an array of negative behavior. However, much of the research has focused on Customer Service Representative and Collection Representative within the Internal Revenue Service. Studying a sample of customer service and collection employees, the study found psychological contract breach was related to lower organizational trust, which, in turn, related to perceptions of less cooperative employment relations and a lower level of employee morale. Furthermore, perceptions of internal pressures moderated the effect of psychological contract breach on morale. The study indicated psychological contract breach could ascend when employees perceive inconsistencies between an organization's adopted actions and its actual communication guidelines, and this can affect open dialogue.
