Özet:
The goal of this study was to examine the correlation between transformational leadership and employee engagement. This study presents the correlation between transformational leadership and employee engagement in the workplace. Approximately 120 employed individuals were asked to complete the questionnaire, and responses were received by 101 individuals. The results revealed that there was a positive correlation between transformational leadership and employee engagement. The data revealed that the highest correlation between the subscales was idealized influence (transformational leadership) and dedication (employee engagement). As predicted, transformational leadership plays a key role in the success of an organization and the growth and development of the employee.
